Indigenous Men’s Family Violence Support
The Men’s Indigenous Family Violence Program provides support and assistance to Indigenous men who are experiencing family violence as either victims or perpetrators.
The program provides free and independent support which is delivered in a confidential, culturally appropriate, and non-judgemental manner.
To be eligible for the program, you must be an Indigenous adult male, living within the Hume region, and prepared to work with support workers to identify and address factors that lead to violent behaviour.

- Assisting to identify factors that lead to violence
- Working together to address violent behaviours and encourage change
- Recognising factors including housing, health, family and community within the support process
- Providing referral to appropriate specialist support services
