Making an Application for Housing

Private Sector Housing
Applying for housing within the private sector requires an application and references. This process is predominately managed through real estate agents.

Each agent will discuss with you application requirements and provide you with the necessary forms for completion.

Housing Network
Network Housing provides housing across the Hume planning region of Victoria.  This covers townships including Wodonga, Wangaratta, Benalla, Shepparton and Seymour.

To apply for Network Housing please return to RHNL homepage, enter Network Housing and download and complete the housing application form.  Please make an appointment to discuss your application by contacting a Tenancy Worker at your nearest Rural Housing Network Limited's office.

Public Housing
Access to public housing requires prospective tenants to complete an application form.  Rural Housing Networks HIR worker will advise of the most appropriate application for your circumstances.
